Students never keep their desk clean. I read about the desk fairy and told them that she comes every once in a while to check on student's desk. She checks for things not to be a clutter. She picks the neatest desks and leaves a reward. Well, last year I used the English version and it worked great. First graders always wanted to know more. How she get in? When does she go? How can she carry all those prices? I would just hear them and let their imagination go wild. This year I created "La Hada". Its the same concept but the Spanish version. This will help all bilingual teacher wanting to give students a price. Remember prices can be anything. Kids will love it!
